Chicken Sandwich

 

In a large plastic Zip-lock bag place 4 average size boneless chicken breasts.
Add in a half container of Italian Salad Dressing (non diet), and marinade over night in the fridge.
(do not use a creamy dressing)
Grill chicken breasts and baste with left over salad dressing.

Serve on Croissant Rolls. Add a piece of lettuce, and/or a slice of tomato.

I use Pepper Corn Dressing on mine. You can use a Parmesan Dressing or Thousand Island also.

Very simple to make, and a great tasting sandwich.
