B*B*Q Ribs

This is for three or four Racks of Ribs

In a pot add the following:
1. 8 cloves of garlic cut in half.
2. 1 med to large onion finely chopped.
3. 2-4 Bay leaves.
4. Add ribs, water and above ingredients.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer for one hour, then drain.
Place ribs in a container and coat with your favorite B*B*Q sauce.
Leave in the refrigerator over night, bringing out when ready to grill.
